Rudy Core End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs authorized use of Rudy Core by Surf Shop Grand Haven.

License

Surf Shop Grand Haven grants authorized staff a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rudy Core for internal business operations and analysis.

Authorized use

Rudy Core may connect to QuickBooks with approved credentials and permissions to read business information and prepare internal reports. Users must have authority to access the connected company and must follow applicable laws and company policies.

Restrictions

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, share credentials, interfere with security controls, use the service for unlawful purposes, or represent generated analysis as audited financial or legal advice.

Data and third-party services

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data supplied to Rudy Core. QuickBooks and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Availability may depend on those services.

No warranty

Rudy Core is provided for internal operational assistance. Reports should be reviewed before business decisions are made. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and Surf Shop Grand Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time. QuickBooks authorization may be revoked through Intuit account settings or the Rudy Core disconnect process. Upon permanent disconnection, locally stored tokens and cached integration data will be removed subject to required business records.
